DomDomSoft Manga Downloader version 2.8.7 release
Sorry for update so fast, but this release is necessary for DomDomSoft Manga Downloader works normally. Some people make crack/keygen of DomDomSoft manga Downloader so we must update our licensing system. If you could not connect to our license server to verify the serial, DMD with throw error “Cannot connect to license server!“
We must make this strictly because if so many people use crack version, we’ll don’t have enough money to continue develop DomDomSoft Manga Downloader. Please understand.
In this release:

very fast update, yeah, i agree, coz for crack, the un-licence one still good
but still the licence will help the developer and get some stuff
please consider the Developer to make this wonderfull gadget and make update every time.
don’t spread your serial number
If you want to face againts the vietnamese about the Crack, I think you had been wrong……….

once i bought a full version but now im happy with the free version. it simply because at that time bookmark and etc cost so much memory. btw carcking is an art. so there is no way anyone can stop cracking.
but i do understand that people need to buy it. 5$ is cheap a year and 15$ for alife time is affordable. i think u need giving discount for a user

Version 2.8.6 and higher improve bookmark listing performance, please try that.
If you check,you can see I already buy a serial number for all my whole life,but after update to this new version,I still can’t verified my license.It always say : “cannot connect to license server” right after I do it.Can you please check it again?Thank you very much.

Thanks for fixing the Fakku Bug so quickly.
One thing at the side however:
Every time i queue a Download, it MD contacts services . domdomsoft . com
Even when the updates via the domsomsoft server are disabled and i’m using the original Manga server Lists.
Is there a reason for for this behavior?
I don’t like spyware very much seeing as i bought a license, and if i and other Users queue a lot of Mangas, this acts like a DDoS attack on your server.

no, dmd dont call service when queue manga, and this software dont have spyware or adware. why do you say that?

This isn’t spyware or adware… this is a great product that being offered at such a low cost and it’s being updated constantly. This is the first time I see this much of work being put into.
Thanks a lot for this :). Though more manga site would be lovely :D, there are some manga (ie: tenjou tenge) I could not download from animea even though they do have the full list. It just stays on saying downloading but with no progression :(.

Yeah, totally agreed with you, users have to start value and appreciate cause this apps has helps us a lot
Regarding this DDM must take a firm action, but this to are need to be celebrated to, cause this show that your apps has became BIG and needed enough that people start looking and making crack, for you who using crack just buy the original one, is not pricy and with helping the dev you are helping yourself.

Thank you so much..!!! With dis softwre i can download many more manga,but can you conclude it with manga traders website…that website hve so many manga but it so dfficult to downld,hmmmm…. That website also include many manga that banned from many other website manga…i’m sorry if my english is difficult to understnd,but i hope u can accept my suggestion… <3

Hmm, i can’t seem to reply to my earlier Comment, WordPress gives me a 500 Error code on this, so sorry if this gets double posted.
I didn’t mean it is spyware, i only inquired why it contacts *domdomsoft. com when i queue something.
Upon further testing, i can see that it only does this at the Fakku list you fixed earlier.
Try this:
Get a outgoing Firewall reporter like Little Snitch on mac or Bullguard on Windows (or a free one) and install it.
Then launch MD and queue about 20 Things for download from Fakku. You’ll see that it constantly contacts services. domdomsoft. com
Upon testing the others DM only contacts said IP above on Fakku, while queueing from other lists DM contacts their webpages. Mangafox queues contact *Mangafox. com and AnimeA queues contact animea. net
Only Fakku queues contact services. domdomsoft. com, that’s why i ask.
I too want to help out in bugfixes, that’s why i reported Fakku being down, and after the update i noticed that domdomsoft. com was hammered with outgoing traffic upon queues on Fakku.
It’s either a incomplete workaround for the Fakku bug eariler, or a Bug.

I dont know why, DMD dont call any service when downloading from Fakku.
Please try with ReadHentai or any H manga site, do you see any connection to DMD?
You queue manga by click “Queue all” on menu or “Queue button” in “Download information”?

I tried removing DM and reinstalling it, then tried all hosters, only with Fakku it contacts domdomsoft.
Before with the included list and after a List update from the Fakku server.
I usually do the following when queueing Manga.
Select a few via shift-click then right-click and choose queue all.
